• First time customers are required to pay in full in advance for their goods, however we will be more than happy to set up an account for you as a repeat customer.
  • Repeat orders may be shipped with established credit.
  • We require 3 credit references and the name, address and the telephone number of your bank. Once your credit has been checked out, we will ship you process and ship your order within 5 business days.
  • First Time Customers, Your order will be shipped in 1 business days after your payment has been cleared or 10 day’s net if you have been approved for a charge account.
  • UPS or USPS tracking number/s will be e-mailed after your package/s has been shipped.
  • Large Shipments is FOB Los Angeles, CA by UPS (Airmail possible). Air freight, Shipping cost is not included in the price.
  • If you receive a damaged box or merchandise, please contact ups immediately so proper paper work can be filled out and contact our office
